– Governor Ugwuanyi says the attack in Enugu could have been prevented if security operatives performed their duty – He claimed he duly informed security officials of the impending attack – He said he was assured of adequate security Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu has implicated security operatives in their inability to prevent the deadly attack carried out by Fulani herdsmen in Ukpabi, Nimbo community in Uzo-Uwani local government area despite the fact that he warned them in advance. Vanguard reports that the governor made this accusation during a news briefing at Government House which was attended by the deputy Senate president, Ike Ekweremadu, deputy governor, Cecila Ezeilo and all serving senators and House of Representatives members in the state.
